Bring the catalog into the showroom.
Give visitors a touch-oriented way to explore your published assortment, inspect a piece, and continue with your team when they need help.
The showroom experience uses an enrolled device assigned to a store, with a different rhythm and privacy boundary from someone's personal browser.
Make exploration comfortable in store
Use larger touch controls, category discovery, comparison, and eligible product media. Keep the store identity and the path to staff assistance clear.
Connect to the store's current decisions
Availability, order requests, and enabled payment steps depend on the store's business workflow. A cached catalog does not become a live stock guarantee.
Keep offline behavior honest
Cached browsing and a narrow pickup-request recovery path can support limited continuity. Full checkout, tax calculation, delivery, and payment remain online operations. Staff complete the physical pickup handoff.
Can I use any tablet or payment reader?
Device, browser, reader, and provider compatibility need to be assessed for the intended deployment. A web interface does not qualify every device.
Does an offline request count as a paid sale?
No. A request must synchronize and pass the store's checks. It is not a payment or a completed order simply because it was captured on the device.
Can customers inspect 3D or try-on media?
Only where the exact product or configuration has the approved media and eligible capability, and the device supports it.
