Connect the services your business depends on.

Begin with the workflow you need to complete: taking a payment, preparing a shipment, handing records to accounting, or communicating with a customer. Then review the provider, account, market, and operating requirements behind it.

The connections below describe product integration work. Availability and setup for your business are confirmed as part of the proposed rollout.

Payments and payment operations

Review Stripe-based commerce payment, refund, dispute, payout, and eligible Terminal workflows. Merchant account setup and supported methods are specific to the intended market and selling channel. Platform subscription billing is separate from the merchant's customer payments.

Shipping and tax

Discuss Shippo-based rating, label, and tracking workflows and TaxJar-based tax calculation/reporting where relevant. A connection name does not establish carrier coverage, an insured-shipping promise, or tax support for every region.

Accounting handoff

Review the accounting export and reconciliation workflow before choosing the connection. QuickBooks Online has an initial sandbox-qualified adapter; managed availability and the mapping appropriate to your business require confirmation.

Communications and shopping assistance

Discuss enabled customer and operational email through the configured delivery service, and the supported assistance workflows using OpenAI. Sender setup, data handling, usage, and supported actions belong in that discussion.

Tell us what must connect

Bring the provider names and the specific records or actions you need to move between systems. We will distinguish current supported scope from a requirement that needs separate work. No provider relationship is presented here as a certification or endorsement.
