An order is more than a successful-looking payment screen. Your team needs to know what was accepted, whether payment was reconciled, what remains to fulfill, and which action is safe to take next.

Keep the accepted details together
The order retains the product, variant, options or configured components, amounts, currency, and fulfillment facts accepted at the time of purchase. Later catalog changes do not rewrite that order history.
Separate payment status from a browser response
Payment workflows reconcile the relevant provider evidence. Uncertain, processing, or conflicting outcomes remain work for the team rather than being presented as a confirmed payment solely because a browser returned.
Follow pickup and shipment work
Keep preparation, carrier handoff, or in-person pickup connected to the order. The enabled shipping providers, supported destinations, and operational checks depend on the agreed rollout.
Continue into service and returns
Customer questions, cancellations, returns, and refunds have their own review and permission boundaries. Receiving a returned piece does not automatically authorize a refund or create a replacement order.
Are payment-processing fees included?
Processor charges and OneAurelia's commercial fees are separate subjects in the pricing discussion. The proposal should state them explicitly.
Do all payment methods and countries work?
The supported market, connected account, provider, and payment methods must be confirmed for the rollout. A provider name alone does not establish coverage.
Does this page describe wholesale checkout?
No. The current trade journey uses reviewed quotes. A trade quote acceptance does not create a retail payment or fulfillment promise.
