Keep the customer conversation in context.
The next conversation may concern a first appointment, an existing order, a custom quote, or care for a piece already purchased. Staff should be able to find the relevant work without treating every interaction as a new enquiry.
Find the records behind the question
Review the customer's store relationship and the order, appointment, service, or follow-up information your role permits. Keep sensitive work within its intended access boundaries.
Give follow-ups a clear next step
Organize assigned customer work and outstanding tasks. An internal reminder does not imply permission to send marketing; communication follows the applicable channel and consent rules.
Let guidance lead to a person
Where enabled, shopping assistance can use published product and guide information. Customers can ask for human help through the separate handoff journey. Suggestions do not reserve inventory, settle payments, or replace the customer's choice.
Carry the relationship into after-sale care
Connect the enquiry to the relevant order or service record and continue through the appropriate review. Keep the status understandable without implying that every request has already been approved or completed.
Can staff see every customer's information?
Access follows assigned permissions and store context. A role-specific view does not grant new authority over records.
Does the assistant act on behalf of the customer?
Its supported tools provide bounded guidance and reviewable suggestions. Consequential commerce still follows the customer and staff workflows.
Are email and SMS automatically included?
Enabled channels, sender setup, consent handling, and delivery scope are confirmed separately. A customer record is not permission to send a message.
